Cabot during the day time is bored, groggy, and uninspired looking; she typically walks slowly, her eyes are almost never fully open, and she basically follows the bat trait of being nocturnal.
She typically lacks the motivation to do even the simplest task; it's almost as if she just lacks emotion entirely. She acts cold towards other people, or just doesn't speak to them altogether.

Now, at night, Cabot goes from boring expressionless girl to psycho nut job British lady out for blood with her spiked whip-gun. Amused by basically everything, overwhelming condescension is strewn throughout her voice at every waking moment. She feels no regret, spares no mercy, and knows not the secret of remorse. She does what she needs to do, and doesn't spare a second thought for what she is actually doing; which typically, is killing something for money.

Aura Color: Blood Red
Semblance: -Offense- Cabot raises her foot into the air, and thrusts it onto the ground in a stomping motion. A few seconds later, a jagged, pitch black cone shaped object comes out of the ground, and after a second or two sinks back in. This object has a neon green tint spotted throughout it.
Half of a second before it come out of the ground, this object locks into place, meaning whatever it was tracking up to that point has half of a second to get away before they would get impaled.
The green tinge of the object is created by a radiating poisonous material that covers the cone in a thin layer, and causes whatever is impaled by the cone to be inflicted with that poison.
The path of the spike is signified by a thin crack splitting through the ground towards the target in jagged motions.
The range is a radius of seven meters.
Only one spike goes after a target, but if there are multiple targets within the seven meter radius, a spike will chase each individual one, but it can only be up to four targets and four spikes; there cannot be five spikes.
They always come out at slightly above a fifty degree angle, and if possible go straight through the chest of the victim.
As long as the hit is solid the object is guaranteed to pierce through anything the target is wearing and impale them completely, although the damage is still affected by the defense of the target, or the armor they are wearing.
(Impalement is purely aesthetic)

Basically, the cone.: Skip to 6:06. It's that kind of shape, but instead of multiple spikes it's only one.
Item 1: Cabot carries around a rather large looking pistol shaped object, with a circular barrel and a switch on the left side of the grip. When Cabot pulls the trigger of this alleged "Gun", what actually fires out of the barrel is a whip that measures roughly twenty five feet long.
Item 2: -Physical Armor- Every inch of Cabot's clothes are reinforced with a thin plating in order to provide more resistance to damage, from her hat to her shirt, pants, and boots..

History and Sample
Cabot was essentially born into a family of thieves, being an only child as well. She lived a difficult life once she could somewhat care for herself. The environment she was raised in was in all honesty your typical slums type location, but her specific place of birth is unknown.

Upon reaching the appropriate age, little Cabot was home schooled, learning everything she needed to know from her mother, while her father was typically out trying to earn them money via theft. Eventually she was brought into the family business, and it just so happened that the -probably- ten year old was a natural at theft.

Good things only last so long, though.

Around the age of twelve, the girl still lived with her parents, and everything was going fine, until one day, the person they robbed had a gun.
It didn't end well.
As you can probably imagine, there was blood, death, and trauma.
Little Cabot got up on her tiny tippy toes and peered through the window, only to see two corpses on the floor of the room. As you most likely assumed, she ran home.
This isn't what caused her to be quite mentally unstable, it just so happened that the girl was born a nut case...

She supported herself with their half decent income, soon learning to ration things if she wanted to live.
Stay out of sight; get food, get water, hide.
Rinse and Repeat.

After twelve years of living like that, she built up enough money to move to Bellmuse, and own an apartment, whilst still being able to support herself with things such as food and water.
Money eventually runs out, and thus drives one to obtain more money. This is what happened to Cabot.

Having a natural talent for tracking things down, Cabot took up Bounty Hunting; finding a wanted person and killing them for money. Whether or not her actions were righteous, she did not care. Although she did harbor a distaste for killing humans and/or faunus, she did what needed to be done and killed what needed to be killed.

Recently, she put together some unholy hybrid of a whip and a gun to make her signature weapon, which lead to more hunting. She mostly took up Grimm bounties but when the price of a particular human being was high, it was time for them to die.
RP Sample:
Lilia was sitting in a chair, casually watching TV, when she heard a very distinct sound.
The sound grew louder, more apparent, more annoying....
It was a fly.
She spotted it, just in time for it to land on her nose.
She muffled a little growl as it crawled around, legs moving in a rhythmic beat.
She was going to kill it.
She stared intensely at the insect, slowly removing her hand from it's comfortable perch on the arm of her seat.
Raising it up, her eyes began to go crossed. Her face was trembling, succumbing to the tickle the fly gave her.
Finally, she struck. Her hand flying at her face.
Alas, it was to no avail. Her efforts were for naught.
She had smacked herself directly in the face, and the fly, being a fly, and dodged it gracefully.
Lilia sighed. Once again the fly had won.
For now....

I knew if I made a sample for Cabot the whip murder would get real intense so I decided not to do that...
